Gift Voucher Policy

“Customer(s) can purchase various amounts of Mi Arcus digital gift vouchers from www.miarcus.com by pre-payment through the selected payment gateway and using the selected payment method and the customer(s) shall be entitled to purchase Mi Arcus product(s) only from www.miarcus.com and by redeeming his/her purchased Mi Arcus Digital Gift Voucher under the following terms and conditions.”

Mi Arcus shall provide the gift voucher’s activation code to the customer(s) designated e-mail / mobile number within 48 hours after full payment of the same.
The validity of the digital gift voucher(s) has no expiry after its activation.
The change in the validity date is at the sole discretion of the company. The company can change the expiry date by caution notice during the 45 days period prior to the expiry of the validity. The caution advice shall be sent by SMS/e-mail /post or by any other means in the language preferred, indicated at the time of issuance of the gift voucher(s).
Customers can purchase more than one Mi Arcus product by redeeming his/her every single digital gift voucher through a single invoice.
Customers cannot redeem more than one purchased gift voucher jointly in a single invoice/transaction. Every single gift voucher must be redeemed in every single transaction/invoice.
Mi Arcus digital gift vouchers can only be redeemed at an online store i.e., www.miarcus.com.
This voucher is neither exchangeable nor refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
Mi Arcus digital gift vouchers are not applicable for the Cash-On-Delivery method. Only pre-payment is applicable to buy these gift cards (Mobile Banking / Net Banking, UPI, or Debit/Credit Card)
Customers can buy any price point merchandise by redeeming Mi Arcus digital gift vouchers. Discounted/Non-Discounted products both can be bought through gift vouchers.
Customers must provide their contact information, including their billing and shipping mobile number, in order to redeem Mi Arcus digital gift vouchers. The customer will receive a mail/message, which contains the code that must be entered into the Gift Card Box on the checkout page while redeeming the voucher.
If the product(s) price is higher than the actual voucher value, customers must pay the difference by paying online at the e-store i.e., www.miarcus.com
Regular holidays and Govt. holidays will be excluded from the given activation hours timeline.
The Gift Voucher Code must be used fully in a single transaction. One can purchase multiple items using one Gift Voucher. If the total payable value exceeds the Gift Voucher, an extra amount can be paid online. But if there's any remaining amount from the Gift Voucher that can't be claimed as Cash/Credit or any other financial form.
The Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed in any Mi Arcus retail store.
Any product which has been purchased through Mi Arcus Gift Voucher cannot be upgraded/enhanced, or replaced/returned under any circumstances.
Mi Arcus digital gift voucher(s) can be redeemed only once. If any remaining balance is available after redeeming any gift voucher, in that case, the remaining balance of the voucher will not be refunded under any circumstances.
During Gift Voucher Redemption at the Mi Arcus online store (www.miarcus.com), customers must make a purchase of equal or higher amounts with the gift voucher.
Valid for online orders only.
Gift cards CANNOT be used in Retail Stores.
Minimum shipping and COD charges are applicable. Charges displayed at the time of checkout must be paid by the bearer, who accepts these terms upon making a purchase. In addition to the value of the gift card, customers may be required to cover Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges for any amount exceeding the gift card value. The gift card functions as a discount coupon.
Mi Arcus shall not be responsible for the loss or misuse of the Gift Card and no duplicate or compensation in lieu of the Gift Card shall be given by Mi Arcus.
No extension of the validity period nor refund of the value of the gift card in case of failure to use the gift card on or before the validity period.

The bearer of the Gift card shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
The bearer of the code of the Gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary of this Gift Card. Any redemption by the bearer of the Gift card shall be considered a valid discharge of liabilities by the parties.
The Gift card is binding for all the applicable laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Ludhiana only.
